Speak Up: Argumentationstraining gegen rassistische Äußerungen im Job (DE)
There are situations on the job that are clearly ambiguous: Racist remarks sometimes come as a joke in the cafeteria, sometimes as a compliment in the tea kitchen, and occasionally as concentrated frustration over an after-work beer. None of it is funny or flattering. But how do I react? Can I tell the boss that it’s racist to reject Malik and Muna’s application right away? When is it okay to ignore? How can I – even as a queer person – be an ally for colleagues of color?
Thomas Steins (he/him)
Superpower Diversity – mitbestimmt & purpose-ready!
Wie Betriebsräte und Regenbogennetzwerke gemeinsam die vielfältige Personalentwicklung im Unternehmen erfolgreich mitgestalten und eine Unternehmenskultur mit Purpose schaffen (DE)
Diversity inspires, participation rocks. The session “Superpower Diversity – co-determined & purpose-ready!” will focus on diversity as a success factor – and how works councils and rainbow networks can work together to successfully shape diverse HR development in the company. Together with the employer, they make an important contribution to a corporate culture with purpose. In addition to KPIs on the business case for diversity, the interactive workshop will shed light on the perspectives and roles of the various key players.
Safir Boukhalfa (they/them)
Why Intersectionality is still necessary (EN)
We will review the foundation of intersectionality and why it is an important tool to consider in our work cultures. The workshop will take place in 3 parts:
1. Refresher on what intersectionality is and why it is important
2. Can we think intersectionally at work?
3. Best practices to create safer spaces around you
The session will close with a Q&A section.

Selbstbestimmung am Arbeitsplatz. Was bedeutet das Selbstbestimmungsgesetz für Unternehmen und wie können sie unterstützen? (DE)
The exchange format takes a close look at the current draft of the Self-Determination Act and uses practical examples and a legal perspective to shed light on what companies will have to face. What experience has already been gained with the requirements of the law and what approaches have proven successful? The breakout session offers both newcomers to the topic and those with experience the opportunity to gain an overview of the Self-Determination Act and its implications for companies, as well as to share best practices and learn from each other in discussion.
